TOMORROW'S
TELECONTROL SYSTEM - TODAY!

,
SCADA RTU is
provided by Techno Trade that is a leading telemetry solutions developer
in the world.
The TBox Concept
TBox is a sophisticated RTU system designed to integrate both the
philosophy of the PLC and the flexibility of Telecontrol products. In a single
piece of equipment, you will find an Internet compatible Telemetry system, a
multi-communication platform, a powerful PLC, an alarm teletransmitter, an
intelligent Datalogger and a protocol converter.
By using a simple and
interactive programming language (Ladder), you can construct power ful
automated applications. Based upon our pre-set function libraries (PID
regulation, mathematical functions, comparison, leading edge detection,
timer, counter...), TBox and the TWinSOFT software offer you all the
tools (compiler, debugger, decompiler, simulator...) to quickly set up
your application. Linked with telecommunication functions, the TBox
permits queries regarding remote maintenance and diagnostics.
The first Telemetry system on the market with full Internet compatibility
!
Yes,
supports TCP/IP protocol (which is the foundation of Internet). This
includes features such as :
1.
can do alarm notification and send statistical reports by E-Mail.Complex
statistical reports can be automatically generated and send at specific time
interval to various e-mail addresses. Furthermore, historical database can
be send as attached files, to be exported to standard spreadsheet or
database software.
2. Users can connect to their
using their Internet browser. (no more new monitoring or SCADA software to
learn !) They can browse through the
standard AND custom HTML dynamic pages. A simple way to control your
outstation with a standard software: no more expensive SCADA packages to
buy...!
3. FTP management. As
has embedded Internet, it can also make use of WEB portals: automatic
updates of HTML "pictures" of your outstations can be send to
dedicated WEB server.More
info click.
Due to its large storage capacity, the TBox can intelligently record and
time stamp a very large amount of data. More than 100,000 time-stamped
records can be logged according to several criteria (status changes,
periodical sampling with detection of minimum, maximum or mean value) to
achieve an optimal filing.
All this information may be reviewed or retreived using a standard SCADA
if equiped with a specific driver
Up to seven independent communication ports are available, without
interfering with the local automation:
Two RS232 ports are usually reserved for local control (SCADA,
printer, display...). They also permit remote communication by using
external modems, fiber optic interface or other means.
One RS485 port allows local networking with other
or ModBus compatible devices
Its several internal modems open
to the telephone network and all of its available services
For more specific applications, TWinSoft puts the power of the C-language
at your disposal, to create tailor-made communication drivers. Interfaces
with any other non ModBus/JBus equipment can be programmed easily.
This interface also extends the impressive functionality of the
by supporting all complex mathematical functions.
Among available drivers, you'll find products and protocols such as
Siemens (PLC series S5 / S7), ABB, Krohne, IEC870-5, ModBus ASCII et RTU,
Telegyr, Cerberus, TTG, Grasso, Ernitec, Fisher & Porter, TCP/IP, etc...
Using simple alarm definitions, you can receive an alert whenever an
alarm occurs.
TBox adapts itself to your standards (alphanumeric or numeric
"Pager" system, information or telematic systems, printer...), to
your schedule, due to its integrated standby function, and to your language
(definable messages).
The TBox files the events and enables you to read them locally or
remotely (terminal, Minitel, supervision...)

TWinSoft: the programming tool
The TWinSoft software tool, user-friendly and intuitive, gets the most
out of the different functions of the TBox. You will be able to create and
save the different configurations for your TBox systems and then download
them locally or remotely (for example through the telephone network).
With TWinSoft you will be able :
To define: your stations(Inputs/Outputs,communications) your alarms
(type, messages, calendar) the information and to select its criterion's for
filing your interface screens for the operator terminals (Minitel, TBox
Terminal)
To Create, modify and quickly debug your automation program presented
in the form of a IEC61131-3 (Ladder) diagram .
To Analyze locally or remotely (by telephone line), the status of
your stations :
- to list the alarms that have appeared and their status.
- to list the contents of the different archives.
- to diagnose the status of the automation.
To Update (directly and without hardware manipulation) the software
versions of the your various stations
